Refund Policy

We want teachers to feel confident trying MotJAM. This policy explains how refund requests and subscription cancellations work.

First purchase refund window

If MotJAM is not a fit for your classroom, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first paid purchase. Please email support@motjam.com with the email address used for your MotJAM account and your purchase details.

Subscription renewals

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable after renewal unless required by law. Teachers can cancel future billing before the next renewal date.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription to stop future billing. Cancellation does not automatically refund previous charges, but it prevents future renewals for that plan.

Paddle payment processing

Paddle may process refund and payment operations for MotJAM purchases. Refund timing can depend on Paddle, payment networks, banks, and the original payment method.
