Educational use
MotJAM is designed for classroom learning, review games, language practice, and teacher-led educational activities. You agree to use MotJAM in a lawful, age-appropriate, and school-appropriate way.
Teacher account responsibility
Teachers are responsible for their account login, classroom setup, lesson content, and how MotJAM is used with students. Please keep your login details private and contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Camera and motion tracking
MotJAM uses the device camera in the browser for motion-controlled gameplay. Camera access is used to detect player movement during a game session. No classroom video is intentionally stored by MotJAM.
Classroom data
MotJAM is built for teacher-led classroom use. We do not sell teacher or student data. Teachers are responsible for choosing appropriate classroom content and supervising student participation.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions and billing operations are handled by Paddle. Plan details, billing intervals, taxes, cancellation, and payment processing may be managed through Paddle checkout or Paddle-supported billing tools.
Acceptable use
Do not use MotJAM to upload or submit illegal, harmful, abusive, misleading, or infringing content. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, reverse engineer private systems, or misuse classroom data.
Availability and beta nature
MotJAM is an evolving classroom product. We work to keep the service reliable, but features may change, improve, pause, or occasionally be unavailable. Teachers should keep a backup classroom activity available for important lessons.
Limitation of liability
MotJAM is provided for educational use as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, MotJAM is not responsible for indirect losses, classroom disruption, device issues, network problems, or damages beyond the amount paid for the service.
